What made our purchase experience great was the delivery driver. Friendly, on time (using the tracker helped) and answered some extra questions we had about lawn care.
What we didn't love was the short and sharp replies from the receptionist/ person who took our order. I almost didn't book with Lilydale because of her manner.
Luckily I had done a lot of research before choosing Lilydale lawns and new they had a great product.
We have only just put our turf in but very happy with the product.

Exceptional custermer service from ordering to delivery. The gentleman did the delivery gave us some tips how to install the lawn properly. They go well beyond their limits to care for the customers. Good quality product. I love the factct that they provide ongoing advice on maintaing the lawn. I highly recommend Lilydale Instant Lawn.

Service from the very first call was excellent and made the process of buying turf (for the first time), super easy.
The kikuyu turf I chose was great quality and was really easy to lay. The instructions were very comprehensive and the complimentary gloves were much appreciated (something else I didn’t have to forget!).

Delivery was great, the drive put the turf on the nature strip in a really helpful place rather than just leaving it - clearly thought about how to make it easier for installation.

Second time purchase, absolutely beautiful grass, cut neat and no damage. Driver was lovely, placed them exactly where I asked. Poor thing navigated a ridiculously busy narrow street to get here, excellent work.

Lilydale Instant Turf have exceeded my expectations again today. As a garden maintenance and landscape professional, I see a lot of turf deliveries and more to the point get called in to rectify problems.
The Eureka Kikuyu that we received today was possibly the best turf I have ever received or seen delivered. This is especially amazing because yesterday was 38 degrees during harvest and today was hot also. Despite the heat the turf was beautiful. Preparation and the quality of turf makes a huge difference to the outcome. This was first class.
Once again, they arrived on time, the obliging driver placed it just where we wanted it and we therefore had the job done before we knew it.

I thought delivery was going to be a problem as I live on a narrow road with no parking. The driver parked down the road and did an amazing job getting the lawn delivered right at the job site. Very happy witht he service and the lawn. Thanks heaps.
