I ordered Sir Walter’s DNA buffalo grass and was delivered promptly, you could choose the date and day you want to be delivered ,fresh turf with lots of worms 🪱 and great quality, worth the price. Easy to order and great tracking system, not sure what the warranty is covered for but happy so far.

Confirmed via email and rang friendly staff on the phone to confirm delivery point access on site.
Delivery driver rolled up earlier than expected on a Saturday and put the turf undercover just inside my garage.
Had ground prepped already.
Followed the instructional videos on the web site, spread fertiliser, layed 80m2 turf in 5 hours. Stayed off it and watered regularly, twice a day for days over 28 deg C days.
Just lightly mowed the grass 12 days after laying, looks fantastic.

The delivery is excellent. However we leave the lawn within an hour of it arriving and portion. Svent have died off despite the fact that we water it twice daily which is not really ideal a little bit disappointed actually.

From the start dealing with the sales department was easy and straight forward to the delivery of the product was simple clear and friendly it was a pleasure to deal with a real person and NOT a chat bot. I would say it was the best company and staff I have delt with for a long time.

Great product, the service was also super seamless to order online and get a notification of when it was on it's way. The driver was great too leaving the piles of lawn nice and close to where we needed to lay it.

Excellent service. Great communication with text messages all the way through the process and the delivery tracker to watch the order arrive. Very tech and professional company, couldn’t believe how good the process was to order grass! Truck pulled up and in about 2 minutes the forklift was off the back and he was putting my order on the sidewalk. Awesome. Product is beautiful, fresh and healthy.
